Rabet Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-18 · Effective date:

These Terms explain the rules for using Rabet to manage links and QR codes. Review the applicable plan and purchase information before accepting a paid subscription. Your mandatory legal rights are not waived.

1. Your account

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Keep your sign-in account secure and your account information accurate. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Your links and content

You retain your rights in content you supply. You give Rabet the permission needed to host, process and display that content and operate your links as you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and for your destinations, published pages and use of visitor information.

A QR code or printed link depends on the associated link remaining available and correctly configured. Check important destinations before distributing printed materials. Third-party destinations and their policies remain outside Rabet's control.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Rabet for phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, impersonation, infringement or abusive unsolicited messages. Do not interfere with other accounts, evade quotas or security controls, or misrepresent the destination or purpose of a link. Automated use must respect the limits made available for your account.

4. Plans and billing

The Plans screen and checkout show the available offer, limits, currency, price and billing interval. Paid monthly plans renew each month unless cancelled. Any other recurring interval must be clearly shown before purchase. Review the final amount, taxes and renewal terms before paying.

For purchases through Polar, Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. You purchase the subscription from Polar; Rabet supplies the product under these Terms, while Polar’s Buyer Terms govern checkout and payment. Rabet uses verified subscription status to assign account limits. A checkout return page alone is not proof that payment succeeded. A separately agreed Business or custom plan follows its written commercial agreement.

5. Cancelling renewal

You can manage renewal through the secure billing portal linked from Plans or contact support for help. For a purchase through Polar, you can also contact support@polar.sh about the transaction under Polar’s Buyer Terms (https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access through the verified paid period. A different effective date or remedy may apply where required by law or confirmed for your case.

Cancelling renewal does not by itself reverse a past payment. Keep the confirmation and check the cancellation status shown for your subscription. If you cannot use the portal, contact support rather than assuming that closing a browser tab cancelled the plan.

6. Refunds and billing problems

Report duplicate or incorrect charges, an undelivered paid service or a refund request to support. For purchases through Polar, you can also contact support@polar.sh about the transaction under Polar’s Buyer Terms (https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Approved payment refunds are processed through Polar. Requests are assessed under applicable law, the circumstances and Polar’s buyer terms; these Terms do not exclude statutory cancellation, refund or chargeback rights.

A refund and stopping an ongoing subscription are separate actions. If you want future billing to stop as well, state that clearly and check the subscription's cancellation confirmation. Do not send full card details, passwords or sign-in tokens by email.

7. Limits and downgrades

Your account is subject to the limits displayed for its plan. Archived links still use a link slot. Ending a paid entitlement can reduce the allowance to the Free plan; exceeding that allowance restricts actions such as creating or receiving more links.

A downgrade alone does not delete existing links or automatically turn off active links. Archiving, pausing, security restrictions and other account or link settings can affect availability. Rabet does not promise that a code or destination will remain available forever.

8. Privacy and reports

Read the Privacy notice for the service's actual processing and your options. Reports are estimates of link activity, not proof of unique people, exact location, purchases or business results. Follow the privacy and consent requirements that apply to the content and campaigns you operate.

Available content controls and analytics downloads remain available as described in the product. For whole-account closure or personal-data access, export or deletion requests, contact support. Verification and applicable retention obligations can affect how a request is handled. Applicable statutory response deadlines still apply; verification and retention requirements do not remove those rights.

9. Availability and changes

Rabet may need maintenance, security work or changes to the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome. Keep your own copies of important content and check critical links. Any separate written service commitment continues to apply.

Material changes affecting your paid use will be communicated as required by applicable law and the purchase terms. A future price change does not rewrite a price already charged for an elapsed period.

10. Restrictions and account closure

Access or links may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement or a material breach of these Terms. Notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided where appropriate and practicable. Mandatory rights and remedies still apply.

Requesting account closure is separate from cancelling a paid renewal. Contact support to coordinate closure, active subscriptions, content and any in-progress transfers; do not assume deleting an item or signing out ends billing.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. To the extent the law permits, Rabet is not responsible for third-party destinations or indirect business losses resulting from misuse or an interruption. No limitation here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights or access to a court or remedy that the law provides. Disputes about Rabet’s product may be raised through support or the competent courts, with those mandatory rights preserved. This does not replace or amend your separate agreement with Polar.

12. Contact and updates

Contact support@rabet.me with service, billing, cancellation or privacy questions. Include enough information to identify your request without sending credentials or payment-card details. Keep a copy of the Terms shown when you purchase; the published version and effective date will identify future updates.
